You can book directly with us by clicking the "Book Now" button on the homepage or on the "Our Properties" page.

We offer a 10% discount for stays of 7 days and a 20% discount for monthly stays.

Yes, all our properties offer self-check-in. You can either collect the keys from a nearby corner shop or use the Smart lockboxes installed just outside the property. Please refer to the property descriptions for specific details.

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Charges apply as follows:

Early check-in: £10 per hour

Late check-out: £10 per hour, If check-out exceeds 1 hour but not 2 hours you will be charged for 2 hours.

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking within 24 hours of making the reservation. After 24 hours, the following conditions apply for a full refund:

For stays up to 7 days: Cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

For stays up to 14 days: Cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

For stays longer than 14 days: Cancel at least 28 days before check-in.

Please note that cancellation policies may vary for bookings made through third-party sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo, and those policies will take precedence.

A small cancellation processing fee may apply.

Yes, all our properties offer free parking. Depending on the property, there will be either one allocated parking space or several.

Yes, but please contact us in advance to ensure availability. An additional charge of £25 per extra guest will apply.

Our properties are pet-free, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring an assistance dog by contacting us via email, text, or our online form.

Smoking is not allowed inside our properties. You may smoke outside the property.

Parties are not permitted in our properties. Noise levels are monitored to prevent disturbances to neighbors. Please check property descriptions.

Yes, all our properties offer free WiFi. The WiFi password will be sent to you in advance and is also available on the noticeboard or WiFi box in the property.

We provide cleaning services after check-out. For stays of two weeks, a mid-stay cleaning is included, and for longer stays, we offer bi-weekly cleaning. Deep cleaning may also be conducted.
