Additional Information:

* A key lockbox is located outside the property for self-check-in/check-out at your convenience.

* An external Ring Doorbell camera is installed for support and security during check-in/check-out.

* Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted in the property.

* A rental agreement must be signed and returned before arrival. Contact the property management company if the agreement is not received on time.

* Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or legal guardian.

* Strictly No-smoking in the property. You may smoke outside the property I.e. in the communal areas such as garden.

* No pets allowed in the premises, with the exception of assistance dogs or unless expressly agreed by Proexperty Stays.

* Cleaning is performed after check-out unless for longer stays where cleaning is performed weekly or bi-weekly depending on length of stay. Additional cleaning can be requested but will incur a charge.

* A £200 damage deposit will be charged 24 hours before check-in, and refunded within 5-10 working days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
